Apple this week provided the latest iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 adoption rate data, showing that according to the App Store’s calculations on February 24, 80% of iPhones are running iOS 14 and 70% of iPads are running iPad iOS 14. In contrast, as of December 15 last year, 72% of iPhones were using iOS 14 and 61% of iPads were using iPadOS 14.
The adoption data also shows that according to the App Store’s calculations on February 24, 86% of iPhones launched in the past 4 years use iOS14, and 84% of iPads launched in the past 4 years use iPadOS14.
iOS 14 is the 14th major version of iOS developed by Apple. It was released at WWDC2020 on June 22, 2020, and the official version was launched on September 17, 2020. iOS 14 has a greater change in the use of the interface.
